I like to remind myself of things I already know. I've listened to author Greg McKeown on several podcasts talk about the idea of essentialism. Essentialism is distilling down any pursuit to its most critical elements and ruthlessly focusing on those key essentials. It's doing less, better. In the information age - health and fitness tends to drift towards entropy and become more complex. When in reality its so simple I often wonder why I need to be reminded of this. So...if you want to be unrecognizable in 6 months you could focus on these essentials and do something like the following:
I think that for the vast majority of people following these 8 essential principles would lead to extraordinary outcomes.
And they don't require any extra costs, fancy programs, or inconveniences.
The only thing that's "hard" is staying consistent.
How can you reframe your behavior to make staying consistent with what is essential become effortless?
