Wake up and go outside immediately for a 10 minute walk. Then, try out this 3-part workout. It can be completed in 30-40 minutes total and DOES NOT necessarily have to be completed in one block. You could spread the 3 sessions over the course of a day which it what I often do.

Start off todays flow with 5-minutes of Run/Walk/Row/Bike/Jump Rope
Next begin the couplet, which consists of
2-3 rounds of:
30seconds on, 30seconds off of each:
- High Knees + Butt Kicks
- Wide Outs + Zombie Walk
- Rockers + Elephant Walk
- Figure 4 Walk + Lunge Twist
- Forward/Reverse Fence Walk + Drinking Bird
Wildness of the Day-WOD
Todays WOD consists of:
5 Rounds of the following, with 2 minutes rest in between each round.
7 Front Squats @ 3ct
:90 sec Run/Bike/Row/Jump Rope/Lateral Hop
Rest 2min
Repeat 5x
Flexibility Sesh
Hold each stretch for a MINIMUM of 1-minute each:
1. Down Dog
2. Couch Stretch R/L
3. Forward Fold
4. Squat Hold
