Hi! My name is Dan Vinson.
I'm the founder of wild gym.
I've been strength and conditioning coach for 18 years.
One of the current owners of Crossfit once said, I was in the "top 5% of Crossfit Coaches".
I have a degree in Human Science from Georgetown University where is was an NCAA Division 1 college athlete.
I'm a Dad, Husband, adventurer, and entrepreneur.
Most of all - I'm a Coach.

Whenever I don't have a plan for my health and fitness I lack consistency, my progress plateaus, and I lose momentum.

Not much. You can get started with as little as a Suspension Trainer and set of Dumbbells.
Yes! The time is NOW. Momentum workouts scale to your ability level.
Mobility is about increasing the range-of-motion of a joint and flexibility is about the the length of a muscle. Both are important for long term health and fitness.
Yes! Momentum is designed to give you a broad base level of fitness so you can "drop into" essentially anything. It's not about being the best at any one thing, but about being able to do (almost) everything.
You will be training your cardiovascular system during the circuits and the Saturday "Wild Day". We also encourage you to develop a Rucking/walking/running practice. If this is something you would like a more formal program for - please let us know.
For sure. Each day has three components: Mobility, Workout, and Flexibility that you can do all at once, or - spread the work throughout the day. Short on time? Do what you can with what you have. Our workouts are meant to help you stay consistent and get outside.

Our workouts are designed to allow you to customize the intensity and difficulty to match your fitness. We also give scaling options so that you can modify exercises as needed. Beginners and advanced athletes can both get an awesome workout.

You do not have to do all 6 workouts to see results. We recommend a minimum of 3 workouts each week.
No. Our workouts are optimized to be done outside, but we get that sometimes that might not be an option. A great approach would be to commit to doing the Workout portion outside and depending on other factors you could do the Flexibility and/or Mobility inside. Do what works with what you have.
It is designed to give you a broad base of fitness so that you can "drop in" to whatever activities life throws at you.
At wild gym we are about health and wellness. If you stay consistent and follow a healthy eating practice you will definitely improve your health and wellness. This means you will improve your body composition (less fat, more muscle), become fitter, more capable and increase your capacity for life. We do not like to use weight as our key metric as it is not always the best indicator. For example - you may lose several pounds of fat, but also gain muscle mass. When this happens the scale might say you lost only a few pounds. Or, I've even worked with people that gained weight, but their body composition was amazing (they decreased fat and gained muscle).

What is the cost?
