I'm the founder of wild gym.
I've been strength and conditioning coach for 18 years.
One of the current owners of Crossfit once said, I was in the "top 5% of Crossfit Coaches".
I have a degree in Human Science from Georgetown University where is was an NCAA Division 1 college athlete.
I'm a Dad, Husband, adventurer, and entrepreneur.

Once I understood that, "something is better than nothing" - especially when it comes to exercise - I virtually never missed another workout.

1. You can never miss two workouts in a row.
2. You can do just ONE REP and that still counts as a workout. But let's face it - if you are going to do one, you'll do more.
3. Treat the "resistance" you face to working out as a monster that you must destroy by taking action.

This is to protect both of our time. It forces you to make sure this is something you really want to commit to and invest in. I guarantee 100% that if you follow the plan that we create you will see results. That doesn't mean it will be easy and it will not happen over night. We're in this for the long game.
Yes! The time is NOW. We will work together to create a plan that fits your circumstances and sets the stage for years of progress.
We will use a software called TruCoach to deliver your plan in a convenient, easy to follow platform.
Yes. We'll focus on creating a "Nutritional Practice". This means that instead on strict, non-realistic plans we will work on creating habits that make eating well congruent with your goals. The idea is to get to a point where you don't have to think about nutrition and instead it becomes an automatic habit.
We will do an initial 60-minute call to understand your training history, goals, and nutritional status to set the stage and help make a plan. Afterwards, we will have monthly 30-minute calls to maintain momentum and adjust the programming accordingly.
We will also communicate through the TruCoach in-app messaging platform. The more feedback you give after you have completed workouts the better we can continue to evolve your training.
That's no problem at all. Your training can evolve with you.
Hell no! Cancel anytime. Our coaching packages start at a 3-month commitment that you can cancel anytime. In the past, I've trained clients for YEARS so prepare for the long game.
Whatever you have is all you need. We can customize your plan to use whatever you currently have available.

You will be sent a Stripe payment request for convenient processing.
You'll be invited via email to download the TruCoach app which will host your personalized training plan.
You will receive weekly workouts based on the number of days you want to train and your unique goals.
We will regularly reevaluate the plan and make adjustments based upon your feedback.
The goal is to set you up to continue to make progress for years.
What is the cost?
If you hire a personal trainer at your gym you'll be dropping anywhere from $75-$200+ per session. That adds up quick!
At the very least - if you did two personal training sessions per week you'd be paying at least $600/month with more experienced coaches charging upwards of $1,000+ per month.
Plus - if you're at the gym you not outside and it's just not as wild...
Personalized 1-1 Coaching starts at $295 per month.
After our initial consultation you will receive a customized quote based on your goals.
As long as you and finding value in the consistency, accountability, and personalized plan we will continue to train for as long as you want.
